I was a drop in...there were 4 adults and children roaming around, but I was told they couldn't give me an appointment for nearly 3 weeks. Not another customer in sight. I realize someone could have been coming in shortly but customer service left a lot to be desired.
I am obsessed with the set I got! Cierra did an amazing job and it turned out better than I imagined. I have been going here for the past couple months and will only be going here from now on. Every set I have gotten from them has been incredible. High quality products and true artistry!
I have spent so long trying to find a good nail salon around Bay City and I came across Onyx Aesthetics. The pictures don’t do the justice! These are the best nails I have ever gotten and for a good price! I will be coming here for every set in the future!!!
