The work lacked detail and felt like something I could have done myself at home. I wouldn’t recommend.
Jade did an incredible job completing my Russian manicure with gel overlay. Her detail and precision was amazing, will definitely be going back!
The manager was unhelpful and came across as rude over the phone. This only added to my frustration with the already poor customer service.
Ridiculous prices
I usually have a strong nail structure, but during my appointment, my nails were severely thinned out during the removal process. Just a couple of days later, they started chipping because they had become paper-thin. What was most disappointing was that my emails and DMs were completely ignored — they were seen but left unanswered, and no one made any effort to acknowledge or address the issue. Unfortunately, with this level of customer service and lack of accountability, I don’t see myself returning.
