Was referred to this office by my primary care doctor. Had appointment June 12th with Dr. O(great bedside manners).Filled out all of my paperwork, ESPECIALLY THE MEDICAL HISTORY thoroughly! I have a history of heart disease (heart failure to be exact). Had been coughing since that November. The cough progressively worsened.
