Called in advance to make sure they take my insurance. They said yes. Gave them all my info a week in advance. Met with Rebecca, was given medication. Took meds, asked for them to be refilled four different times in a month. Was told I would get a call back the same day. They never called back. I call them once more to find out what's going on and suddenly they dont accept my insurance and never have even though I literally asked and gave them my insurance information in advance. I love Onward! I have been a client for a year now, maybe more.. I'm horrible with time lol; but I have made more progress this time and felt more heard at Onward & with Rebecca, than I ever have with a med provider. I wish I was better with names but the receptionist is so sweet too. this really is a practice to help you, help yourself! Communication is great and they meet you where you're at, no bs, and care a lot for their clients. Thank you guys for all that you do
