The best pelvic floor physical therapist! I have four kids so have been to a few others but I have never felt like they understood my body the way Lexi does. I have felt so confident this time around going back to CrossFit. I haven’t had to worry about what a should and shouldn’t do with her on speed dial! It’s been a game changer!
