I love working with Lexi!! I gave up running a few years ago because, even with PT (at other places), I couldn't kick my nagging injuries. Now, after working with Lexi, I'm running again pain free. She identified the underlying issues, assigned doable exercises, performed dry needling, and kept me going with her encouragement!!! I am so grateful to her for allowing me to run again!
I went to Onward for shoulder pain I'd had for a few weeks, which was stopping me from doing CrossFit as usual. Tim helped me with the pain and my shoulder mobility in just one session. Plus, the whole team is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
Life throws us all a physical curveball once in a while. Andrew took the time to listen to my recent shoulder pain issue and along with testing strength and mobility of the area prescribed me with a plan that provided immediate results. The best pelvic floor physical therapist! I have four kids so have been to a few others but I have never felt like they understood my body the way Lexi does. I have felt so confident this time around going back to CrossFit. I haven’t had to worry about what a should and shouldn’t do with her on speed dial! It’s been a game changer!
