Was experiencing lower back pain before I came in and haven’t been able to run or really train at all in preparation for my upcoming Tampa Hyrox race, but came to see Matt and man, did everything change, I felt so much better just within 20 minutes of work with him! My back felt brand new. Thankful for Matt and Colby here at Onward, these dudes are legit! Will definitely continue to see them to help me get back to running 20-30 miles a week!

I had the pleasure of working with Colby for a knee injury. In addition to physically improving and feeling better through his body work and exercises, he’s also very motivating and encouraging regarding my fitness goals as well. He has a top-notch facility (that’s also conveniently located). I’d highly recommend him and his team to get you back on track and staying active.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Matty to all of my family and friends in need of physical therapy. His attention to detail, genuine care for what he does and positive attitude all create an inviting and beneficial environment to get stronger overall in addition to post injury. He truly wants to leave you better than he found you, and not just back to 100%, but back to more than that. 11/10 recommend Onward Physical therapy.
