Onward is great! I've had help from a few of their PTs at crossfit events and have been working with Kirsten on an elbow issue I'm having. She's been soo awesome, super patient with all my questions and feedback. She's been very motivated to get to the root cause and attacking muscle tightness, joint mobility and muscle weakness to help me feel better and be able to keep moving. She's got such a great understanding that I want to keep moving and be injury free. I couldn't be happier with her services.

Kirsten came and spoke to our collegiate volleyball team about the importance of Pelvic Floor Health. She was professional, kind, and the girls learned so much! Cannot recommend enough!
The workout sessions have been extremely timely in my pregnancy and a huge confidence booster for me at the gym! If it wasn't for Kirstins expertise, this pregnancy would be looking a lot different. 100% recommend Onward!
