Excellent choice for PT!
I had a lot of different issues. Come up during my time. Period of visiting onward with Kiersten. On that note, she took care of most of everything that I had problems with and I feel amazing beyond grateful for her help. Thanks, Kiersten.
Kirsten is so knowledgeable. She was so respectful and eased my nerves. I had significant improvement after just one session and doing home exercises. Sadly, my insurance won't reimburse me for my visits.
Kirsten has worked with me for 5 months to rehab a 10yr old back/shoulder injury causing chronic pain. She takes time and listens thoroughly at the beginning of each session. She often uses cupping to relieve pain. (She was able to reduce a 7/10 tension headache to a 2/10.) She is able to "chase the pain" then provide updated exercises that improve mobility and strength. Kirsten provides guidance on how to prevent injury and releive pain at home without pain meds. She's on maternity leave, but I will be checking in with her ... read more
After two years of shoulder pain and limited movement, I finally set up an appointment with Kirsten, although at the time still unconvinced it would help. After two months, I quickly realized how wrong I was. I am amazed at the improvement, now able to lift weights and maneuver my shoulder in ways I never thought I would be able to again.
