It’s rare these days to find someone who not only knows what they’re doing but also communicates well throughout the process. Our technician URIEL LUIS was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve our offline camera issue. He investigated everything on the back end, called me back with an update, followed up with an email, and even took the time to show me how to use the camera system. That level of expertise and communication is hard to find. Excellent service from start to finish—thank you Uriel!

Everytime I call in an issue, they always say there is no one available to respond until many hours later... What's the point then. This 'service' costs thousands of dollars a month for supposedly remote monitoring and prevention, but I have yet to see any prevention and when something occurs they don't have anyone to respond.
