My son had a visit scheduled with the MA for shots and I needed to reschedule. I called a little over an hour before the scheduled time and was told that my visit would be considered a “no-show” on account of not calling 2 hours ahead of the scheduled time of appointment. I told the receptionist that I had never heard of this before when any of my family seeing any one medical professional at Onvida. She said it was a new policy.
