No empathy, suggested not allowing myself to feel upset when a friends grandbaby died, told me babies die all the time. While true, it didn't help. I have used her for medication management, I've been stable for over 10 years, and the only real anxiety I have felt lately has related to going to see her. I have had excellent psychiatrist and therapists that speak truth without dismissing pain. No good in a crisis, can't get in to see her, and when you do doesn't help.
