I’ve been thinking about this for a couple of weeks before I post anything about my experience with this mob. At first I thought this is going to work out ok. I put my car in to get the brakes done and a couple of other things done as well. They rang and told me that the rotors did not need to be machined. Steve was amazing when our car suffered a major mechanical failure 2,500kms from home. He went out of his way to help us co-ordinate logistics, was very sympathetic of our predicament and provided valuable local knowledge. Thanks Steve!
2 trips into this sham only to be told at the last minute that they can't replace a transfer case seal because the bloke that does that isn't here today. No thanks. In case you want to know which vehicle it was rego QTRU55 BT50.
Told I would get a quote. Never heard back from them even after leaving message to chase quote up. Extremely poor customer service.
I had an amazing experience dealing with Jessica, Steve and the Crew! The customer service was truly outstanding. Ive been there twice now with issues with my car. Both times they really took the time to explain what was happening with my car, what needed to be done, and did not charge an arm and a leg! Thank you for the incredible service, I will definitely be back in the near!
