Horrible customer service. This company should not be in business. They stated the item was delivered when it was no where to be found. When you try to reach customer service no one responds.
This has been the worst Courier service ever
I received a notification stating that my package was delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. I checked everywhere. When I opened a case, I received an email again stating that the package was delivered, without any resolution. The package contained a gift, and now the item I ordered is out of stock. Its impossible to speak with a human representative. Going forward, if I see that this delivery company is being used, I will make sure to cancel my order.
They delivered my package to the wrong building and because it was “delivered “ my case was closed. They have incompetent staff and expect to just accept that kind of outcome?!! No! I’m filing another claim !
