I declined On Trac delivery of package (in person) on June 6. Seller refunded cost of declined item.. I received an email that the declined package was out for delivery again on June 8. I contacted On Trac via chat and declined delivery again. On Trac somehow found my son's address and dropped package at his home. My son notified me that a package for me had been delivered. Weak business model. Non-English speaking drivers are not direct employees. Accountability is difficult to maintain.

God forbid you actually want to speak with someone at the company! Created a help ticket (of no use, no one ever acknowledged it). It took 5 days to get past the BOT/ AI chat system only for my package yo have been deemed "undeliverable and has been returned, contact the seller". The ONLY place to leave a complaint is via GOOGLE REVIEWS! I hope I NEVER have to deal with them again!!
