Worst company for delivery.
This company is trash. I purchased an item from Best Buy in which the 3rd party seller used this company. I received a text from OnTrac stating they were unable to deliver my package so I contacted the seller. They apologized and said they will send a new one. The item reached my home 2 days later with the OnTrac tracker sticker on a partly crushed and excessively taped box. In that box was the product scratched up with black soot like particles all over. My best guess is that it got caught in between a conveyor belt or drag... read more
