I have been dealing with this company for days now…. And let’s just say it got no where. I couldn’t get anywhere until I told them I was going to go to the facility to pick up my package myself and accuse them of stealing that I was finally able to get a confirmation email sent to me, because you would have to “end the chat” before receiving it. I declined On Trac delivery of package (in person) on June 6. Seller refunded cost of declined item.. I received an email that the declined package was out for delivery again on June 8. I contacted On Trac via chat and declined delivery again. On Trac somehow found my son's address and dropped package at his home. My son notified me that a package for me had been delivered.
