The package was stolen by the driver. They put a fake picture with the wrong door mat. It's sad when people steal
I declined On Trac delivery of package (in person) on June 6. Seller refunded cost of declined item.. I received an email that the declined package was out for delivery again on June 8. I contacted On Trac via chat and declined delivery again. On Trac somehow found my son's address and dropped package at his home. My son notified me that a package for me had been delivered. Weak business model. Non-English speaking drivers are not direct employees. Accountability is difficult to maintain.
