I wanted to take a moment to share my experience because I know how emotional and stressful the IVF journey can be before Dr. Jelani join the office. I went through a retrieval cycle, where only a few embryos were created and unfortunately none of them came back genetically normal after PGT testing. TLDR - good medical care and happy with my outcome (successful pregnancy), but stressful (at best, shady at worst) billing and communication practices. I will start with the good. I went through 1 egg retrieval and 1 transfer with Onto and am about to deliver a baby boy. My partner and I went through IVF because he previously had a vasectomy, I had no known fertility issues. Normally I do not write bad reviews and honestly I am saddened to write this one. Infertility is such a difficult battle already, choosing the right clinic is really important. I have worked with this clinic for 8 months and thousands of dollars and testing later and no progress was made. The main doctor quit, then they partnered me with a doctor in NYC, and now one in Chicago that apparently has "limited availability" even though I have been a patient for almost a year now.
