I was fortunate to have found Ontiveros Foster Home for my mom years ago. She gave my mother much more individualized attention than the three formal nursing homes we had tried before. My mom was more engaged and comfortable in this smaller setting. My mom suffered from a combination of diabetes, Parkinson's, and Alzheimers.
