I would have gave 0 stars if I could have! When I set the appointment I explained what I was needing and they knew the location was in Kentucky yet they sent a person that wasn’t even licensed in Kentucky!!! I took off work to meet them and all they did was waste me time and cost me a day of work! I would not recommend them to anyone!
Picture, sewer overflowing into all the bathrooms and onto the floors. It’s 6 pm. The sewer people say, it’s not their issue. I called on time and got an appointment next day. They had my household back up and running 24 hours later and a new clean out access point installed for peace of mind for the next issue (let’s be honest, there is always a next issue) me and my two small children are happy to be home with functional drains and toilets. Thanks ontime. (Dakota)
