The most expensive plumber I've ever tried to hire. Didn't fix the clogged drain, still got stuck with the call and hourly rate. End up hiring a local plumber for a quarter of the price that on time quoted.
Called for service to unclog basement drain late one afternoon and got an appointment for the next day. They were able to come earlier than the appointment time which was great. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and went to work with an auger to unclog the drain. They discussed a few options and provided estimates on ways to prevent future events which was greatly appreciated. I will use their services again if and when I decide to use one of those suggestions.
