Estimate for new furnace and ac unit. Allen was very informative and answered all my questions.
While the service was fast and relatively straight forward. The overall feel was of someone who didn’t want to be there. Broke the plug for the drain in the basement, used our good broom in the basement where the sewage backup was happening, all of which could have been avoided or been ok if they had just said something about it or asked. Instead I was left to find out this had happened. And for $450+ dollars I would expect a bit more respect for my personal things and at the very least for the repairmen to have their own to... read more
