Stay away from this company. They hired the cheapest tech out there and do a cheap job to your installation. 2nd tech never arrived, the pushed me out for a 3rd appointment for the following week.
Beware - this is not a real company. They are a fraud. Their phone number is fake, and I cannot access a live person to cancel an appointment. The people I have spoken to are incomprehensibly trying to collect credit card information, and selling promotions. They have not been successful at all in canceling a simple appointment.
Huge scam don't use them. I paid $160 for a tech to come out to say he couldn't figure it out and to call an HVAC specialist. Took 30 minutes to tell me what I thought they were coming out for.
They came and attempted to fix the nest themostat and broke the furnace. BEWARE of this place. they send people who have no knowledge.
I have scheduled an appointment for Nest Door Bell wired installation. Great service by OnTech. Gio was the technician who did the installation for us. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patience to answer all our questions. Impressive service by OnTech!
