Five-Star Veterinary Care, One-Star Billing Department We’ve had two French Bulldogs treated at the Ontario Veterinary College for spinal surgeries — one required a $10,000 procedure after a child accidentally stepped on her back and ruptured a disc, and the other needed a $12,000 surgery for a slipped disc caused by IVDD.
