Scheduled a phone appointment with intake, H.F., online. No call at the time of my scheduled appointment. I called and left a message afterward to ensure they had the correct phone number. Five days later, there has been no follow-up.
Unprofessional. If this was a Home Depot, with the amount of doorknobs I encountered, I would leave a 5 star review. Sadly though this is not a Home Depot. So it will be a reluctant 1 star review.
