We had a great experience with Ontario Refrigeration thanks to Sebastian, the technician who came out yesterday. He was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly every step of the way. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. One small suggestion—it would’ve been nice to have a QR code or something on-hand to leave this review right when the job was done. Truck number 343 with license plate 11035X2 nearly crashed into two vehicles going southbound on -15 near Barstow. Very reckless driver. Not sure what the service is like but maybe don’t drive like a jerk in a marked van.
