Can't in good conscience recommend whatsoever! Had a really disconcerting experience with a staff member over the phone, as I see a few people have echoed similar communication issues.
A great organization standing up for the public interest in Ontario planning. Two areas for improvement: the website (it used to be much better before the 2020 overhaul) and transparency (make committee hearings available to all, not just those members who can take off work to attend in person).
No one answers the phone, no one returns phone call after several voice mails in several days.
