Sold me carrier ac at a great price.. after owning it for a year I understand why it was a great price is all I have to say. From install to warranty pretty disappointed i didnt just spend the money upfront and get install from reputable company.
BEWARE! I had a very disappointing experience with Adam from Ontario Power and Energy. He installed a Goodman 2-ton AC unit with a 10-year warranty, but the unit failed after only 5 years. When I contacted him for warranty support, he repeatedly avoided calls, and when I did reach him, he mainly complained about how busy he was and suggested I call someone else. Had a new tankless water heater installed by the technician Fred. Very professional and timely job done as well as taking the time to clean up the work area. Would highly recommend.
I had just called Adam furnace broke down needed to be replaced. Next day his technician Fred with his partner replaced furnace, cleaned up removed all garbage including old furnace. They did very professional and clean job they took all garbage with them very very satisfied.
Adam is a super kind guy to deal with. He gave us the best solution to our needs. Highly recommended.
