I don’t know how to begin explaining my hatred of Ontario Northland. The service is extremely unreliable, the buses are often 30+ minutes late with no apology or compensation. The tickets are also outrageously expensive - my husband and I paid $130 for two tickets from Union Station to Gravenhurst. The bus was supposed to arrive in Gravenhurst at 9:50. It is currently 20:25 and where only at Yorkdale. Nightmare.
Had a trip from Haileybury to North Bay November 22, 2025. Both bus drivers I engaged with were extremely helpful, humourous and professional. For those of us unaccustomed to this type of travel their behaviour took the anxiety level from an 8 to 1. Thank you for your helpfulness and excellent driving!
