Had a trip from Haileybury to North Bay November 22, 2025. Both bus drivers I engaged with were extremely helpful, humourous and professional. For those of us unaccustomed to this type of travel their behaviour took the anxiety level from an 8 to 1. Thank you for your helpfulness and excellent driving!
Hey thanks to Ontario Northland I am 2 hours late to my destination and late for work. The lady training the driver is super rude too. I asked her what are we doing when we were at Parry Sound at 5:40… we left Parry Sound at 6:05… literally stopped everywhere she responded rudely about helping someone rebooking a ticket back to Toronto. We stopped there for 30 minutes on top of stopping everywhere else 10 times worst than usual. I take this bus often. This is ridiculous never seen anything like this.
