Poor customer service…My wife and I walked in looking to buy a new Chevrolet vehicle. I have always owned an Equinox. We were wanting to test drive a 2026 Trailblazer. Not one sale rep took the time to come and talk to us, and there was 5 of them standing by the reception. Poorest service I have seen. I will now think twice about buying a Chevy!
I went for some new tires and rims. The service attendant John who looked after me went above and beyond. I even had a last minute request that was taken care of no problem. Very happy with the service.
