I spent over $10k putting in an in-floor heating system a few years ago. The system is good...quality of service is beyond lousy. I had an issue with one of the parts corroding and leaking. I asked the owner ("pete") if he could fix it. After waiting a few days for a response and having to send multiple texts, I was told that "pete" no longer lives in Toronto but has relocated to Huntsville.
