My son had appoint for ultrasound that that he had to drink 1 litre of water one hour before the appointment, his appointment was at 11:00am, he only got inside after 12:00pm after complaining for the delay. And while he was there people that came after he was serviced. Don’t waste your time, go where people understands, if you are working in the health system, quality of service starts in how you treat the patient.
Went in with some apprehension given some negative reviews but was met with calmness and professionalism at the reception as well as from my technician, Nourain, who was kind and patient throughout.
I booked an appointment at the Yonge St location, but a couple days before the appointment, I received a text message confirming my appointment at the SCARBOROUGH location (which is a long drive). I called to straighten things out, and did get a new appointment at the Yonge St location, but not at my preferred time. When I arrived for my appointment - after fasting for 12 hours- I was told they could only perform one of the two ultrasounds that I need, and I would need to re-book the other appointment. I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very professional and helpful. I was assisted by the Technician Mahmoud, it was a very great experience. I would definitely recommend it. I got my ultrasound done promptly and by a friendly staff. Thank you guys for your work.
