I had good experiences with them. Technican for Ultrasound & X-ray technician are great & are very experienced. Also the tech assistance is so helpful, despite there are a lot of people waiting for their appointments.
I came for an x-ray and was told no appointment is needed, walk-in only. When I arrived around 3 p.m., the receptionist was very rude and simply said they were too busy and told me to come back another day. They don’t allow appointments, and if they decide there are “too many people,” they also don’t let you wait as a walk-in. This is a complete waste of time and very poor customer service. I will not be coming back.
We had great experience when coming to OID. The front desk staff are professional and very accommodating.
I had some questions about my ultrasound report and contacted the clinic and answered by receptionist who didn't quite understand what I said and got a chinese ( name MEI) to help me. MEI helped me on Jan.13 over phone and on Jan.15 in person. MEI was very nice and patient with me. I hope everyone will learn from her with regards to working attitude.
