Services are quick and timely, majority of nurse have knowledge of what they are doing al lease for my wound care, and are friendly
Not a place to go at Malton location.They have system glitch all the time.And nobody cares what patient is going through.Because of their system patient have to suffer.And waiting hours are horrible.
Horrible clinic. Waited almost 2.5 hours for an appointment that is supposed to be 20 mins long. And when i got called in, they did not have the correct paperwork/ file (but sid not inform Me) so waited another 20 mins inside and when i got impatient, i went to ask for the nurse and thats when they told me about incorrect paperwork
There is no appointment system if you have appointment then you have to wait there for waiting your turn. If they give appointments then they should check you on appointment time. They waste to much time of there patients sometime patients can’t sit there for long time, because today i have appointment at 1:40 but I didn’t get my turn at 02:00 after this i am still waiting . I recommend to everyone go somewhere else. I want to give zero star but there is no option.
