Clean and nice service
I LOVE these people and this place. I went there to help assist in my recovery after surgery and I am so glad I did. HBOT helped with my surgical recovery but I also noticed improvements with mu chronic pain. The sessions were comfortable and the team is incredible (special shout out to Nancy) I highly recommend this place and team, HBOT can be a game changer for so many conditions.
Left messages from November and did not hear back until I phoned multiple times in the past couple days. The lady on the phone was not clear about the application or how it worked to the point of frustration. She then proceeded to make it about her and her feelings and decided we weren't a personality fit. This is unprofessional on so many levels.
My PCP has submitted the referral for HBOT in early September. It is now November and I haven’t received a return call after leaving several voice messages. Unprofessional. Response to your reply: I have left several voice messages. As a business, you have not contacted me once after the referral was submitted in September and my attempts thereafter to reach your clinic. It is now December and my first interaction is from a response to a review. I will absolutely not send another referral to your clinic.
After surgery on a Thursday our doctor sent an urgent referral to HBOT. They had intake forms and a phone call to us within a couple hours and were able to get us in the next day. They are delightful and treat our family with great care. They're very flexible and kind and our experience taking our 1.5 year old has been nothing short of exceptional.
