My husband and I wanted to replace three older pendant lights over our kitchen counter. I called John Cowan and he was able to come within a couple of days to do the work for us. John is the ultimate professional. He is competent, knowledgeable and very pleasant to have in our home. Had made an emergency call & so glad we did. John came out in a matter of 20 min & solved our problem quickly while still showing care, & being informative to the situation. If we left it, we would have had real problems. He was very efficient & gave us options without pressuring or swindling us. He knows what he’s doing & is very thorough.
