Had made an emergency call & so glad we did. John came out in a matter of 20 min & solved our problem quickly while still showing care, & being informative to the situation. If we left it, we would have had real problems. He was very efficient & gave us options without pressuring or swindling us. He knows what he’s doing & is very thorough.
