Very professional and thorough. Took care of everything. I’ve been using ODC for many years now and will continue to do so. Very reliable and don’t need babysitting. Just what I need as a project manager.
Unpleasant experience. Ontario Duct Cleaning's technician - if that's what he was - was condescending and untruthful. Previous duct cleaners removed vents and returned them to the units they came from - obviously a safe practice designed to prevent cross-contamination. Ontario Duct Cleaning didn't do this. When asked about this, the "technician" lied - outrageously and condescendingly - that the vents were kept in the order they were removed in and returned - in reverse order - to the original units.
