Unpleasant experience. Ontario Duct Cleaning's technician - if that's what he was - was condescending and untruthful. Previous duct cleaners removed vents and returned them to the units they came from - obviously a safe practice designed to prevent cross-contamination. Ontario Duct Cleaning didn't do this. When asked about this, the "technician" lied - outrageously and condescendingly - that the vents were kept in the order they were removed in and returned - in reverse order - to the original units. There was some confusion regarding time of arrival however once the team was here they did an excellent job and I would recommend Ontario Duct Cleaning, the job was done efficiently and everything was left in order. Wendy
