Maxwell came to my home right on time, was incredibly professional and kind. The house feels cleaner and fresher. Will definitely be calling them again!
I was referred to Ontario Duct Cleaning with the understanding that they would have a camera to see why I'm not getting warm or cool air out of one vent. I also mentioned that on booking. The technician was very nice but had no camera apart from his phone. He did try to figure out the problem other ways but could not identify it. Very pleased with the service. When I requested a quote they responded quickly. Maxwell arrived on-time and was very courteous; he wanted to ensure my pets were secure and that the loud noise wouldn't bother them. I was given their name by my HVAC company that installed my furnace, so I was comfortable that they were legit. Would recommend.
The staff at the office were very helpful The personnel that came to our home were on time, helpful and left the house clean, neat and tidy Highly recommend this company
