I admit I was totally scared right up until I walked through the doors and then there was no turning back. When I arrived I went to give my Medicare to secretary who was very polite and soft spoken. I then went to change and I only had to wait 5 - 10 mins before the tech came to get me she led me to the room where the mammogram was taken. It was an uncomfortable situation but not by any fault of the tech, she was very informative about what the test consists of and she was very gentle but super fast. I found a lump in my breast, and got an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound, as scared as I have been for a month, this morning I went for tests! The kindness from the welcoming secretary to all tec and other staff is absolutely outstanding! The smiles and kindness go along ways in helping someone who is frightened by the unknown! Thank you all for your hard work,, As busy as you all are, each and every one of you is outstanding🥰🥰
Was there on the 11th April the technician was very non caring put me through excruciating pain. I'll never go back. There needs to be a better way to get this done.
