Receptionist taking calls very unprofessional and ignorant. Does not listen, interrupts and laughs at you when you are explaining your question. Very strange as I am sure people must be close listening to the way she interacts with people! Do something about it!
Everyone there has been very caring and supportive during all my procedures and follow up. Dr Bhatia is very caring and calmed me when I had a meltdown before surgery. He called my husband 3 times to make sure I had what I needed when I went home. Their follow up on line program gave me reassurance when I had questions and the nurse, Mary, who followed up on that was exceptionally kind and caring. Hearing her voice on the phone was very reassuring.
