Robert in the service department went above and beyond to assure my vehicle was in correct working order after a collision repair from a different business. He truly helped me remedy the situation.
Great experience. Dropped my car off they were able to drive me back to my place and picked me up when it was done. Did the warranty work. No surprises. They washed my car and I was on my way.
Juan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what we wanted and showed us options but there was no pressure. We are very happy with our purchase! Great people and good value!
Let me preface this by saying that I’ve been coming here for years. About 3 to be exact, and it’s always been a GREAT experience. That all being said, I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable as I was at my recent visit. Between phone calls regarding the issues my vehicle was having, to witnessing the service rep talking to other people in a less than respectful manner, to making me feel like I wasn’t in the same tax bracket as their “normal customers”, the visit left a lot to be desired. I was very impressed with the service I received from Stateline Auto Ranch Subaru. Robert Head was a rock star! He went above and beyond to make sure that my Subaru Ascent was taken care of and repaired correctly and that I was not left without a vehicle. He stayed on the phone with the warranty company even when they were being a pain in the butt.
