Update: All issues have been addressed, along with very generous compensation for my vehicle and time spent at this dealership. I can not express my gratitude enough to the techs, the detailers, and the Manager's Monte and Seth. Monte was very gracious to hear about my recent endeavor, and very quickly addressed all issues. I just spent 4.5 hours waiting for my vehicle to be "serviced" due to a misfiring issue with the safety features. The Technician comes out to the waiting area, and tells me there is nothing they can do because their internet is down. Has been out all morning. I watched two other families have Services completed, listened to unbelievably inappropriate banter in a public space between salesmen, and now am told, "Sorry, try another dealership. I lost my trailer brakes while traveling from Colorado home to Washington, was told by Les Schwab it was a truck issue that a dealership needed to deal with. I pulled into Ontario Auto Ranch first thing on a Monday morning, they took a look quickly, turned out the truck was just getting bad feedback from the trailer and it was a trailer issue.
