Bought a new 2024 Ram 2500 Tradesman (Cummins) on 7/24/25. Never occurred to me to check for a trailer brake controller because every Ram truck I’ve owned for the last 20 years came with a brake controller as standard equipment. Not so in 2024. horrible experience, sold me a jeep with death wobble and a horrible front end drive. no paperwork, title, anything after it’s been a month. this place is horrible to work with, do not recommend.
I look online n search High n low through the country after 2 dealerships previous on a same colored Ram. And, Looking forward one more time I came across a Silver Laramie 2500 crew cab I so much wanted. For being a smaller dealership, it has some very friendly employees. I like that they weren't overly pushy like some I have dealt with in the past. They didn't have our specific vehicle but are going out of the their way to get it for us.
