For being a smaller dealership, it has some very friendly employees. I like that they weren't overly pushy like some I have dealt with in the past. They didn't have our specific vehicle but are going out of the their way to get it for us.
My driver's side universal joint came apart at 80 mph on I-84. Luckily, I limped my truck to Ranch Auto 1 hr before they closed for the day. They immediately looked at my truck. They had ball joints and a universal in stock. They found a used axle the next day and got to work. They also gave me and my 2 dogs a ride to a local motel.
