Just like the rest of healthcare in Canada, you are treated like a number here. There is no real care or monitoring of progress. It is very disappointing when you are actually trying to get better.
Been involved with this clinic for years They are unprofessional, unorganized, rude, mean, uncaring and so on.. you can’t complain to them as they pass the buck off very quickly to someone else when an error is made Or if they make an error they quickly turn it around onto the patient and it becomes the patients issue You call their head office and leave message after message to complain or bring up your concerns and no one returns your calls No one that works there wants to be there and you can tell by their attitudes The p... read more
