I have been using this company for my personal taxes for the past 5 years, and I can honestly say I neither want nor need a different CPA firm. They have been outstanding for any tax situation I have come across and everyone on staff is extremely helpful. It is easy to get an appointment with Michael Jamison if needed, but the accountants on staff are just as helpful and knowledgeable.
It's been over a year and my taxes still haven't been filed. Every couple of months they tell me the accountant that I was working with is no longer with the company. This has happened 3 times! Now I'm working with someone named John whom I've only been able to speak to once. Every time I call he's on a call and "will call me back soon". No progress seems to have been made on our business taxes. I would not recommend working with this company.
