Buyer beware. And if you leave a poor and honest review they rapidly dial you and threaten with lawsuits. Be careful with any dealings with this firm. It also looks like they have their employees leave them reviews. So who knows how many of their reviews are real.
If we could leave zero stars, we would. Be very careful with this firm. We were billed for unapproved work—specifically for work they were explicitly told not to do because another firm was handling it. Despite that, they proceeded anyway and then billed us. Deadlines were routinely missed. In one case, we were billed for work that later turned out to be incorrect, only to be told that the person responsible had been out of the office for months. Amazing staff! Michael took care of my taxes for me he was very efficient and explained things in a way that made sense, I can’t recommend him enough, if you need someone to help you, he’s 100% the guy to go to! Thank you so much!
Completely wasted my time. Told me they could assist with my taxes by the deadline and then changed their minds. Customer service is not very good at all. Michael, I hadn’t yet become a client. I was working with Mr. Franz and had uploaded documents. I’m no longer interested in your services so I won’t be calling. You didn’t even spell my name right. That lack of attention to detail shows me I made the right choice.
