They seem short-staffed and are inconsistent with returning voicemails from their clients regarding their inquiries with their job search appropriate for their needs. Left voicemail many times and no response. If you’re not interested in helping your clients get them on assignment asap, then what’s the point in still being open? Go to WSI or another temp agency who is more than willing to help you. This place obviously could care less.
여기 통해서 Stryker contractor job을 구했어요. 지원서 내고 일 시작까지 오래 걸렸네요. 6-7주 걸렸는데 미국은 원래 느린가 보더라고요. 일용직 일자리를 근 두달 기다려 할 수 있었던 것도 사실 전 많이 쇼킹했는데 제 담당자 행태에 이런 직업소개소애서 일하는 사람들 중에 완전 snake같은 인간들 있으니 조심해야 한다는 걸 onStaff을 통해 배웠습니다. Stryker job은 공장일을 한번도 해 본 적 없는 저에게도 일하기 수월한 곳이었어요. 열심히 일해서 한 달 조금 넘어서 3개의 스테이션에서 일을 할 수 있게 되었었는데 제가 맡은 스테이션이 작은 부품들 조립해야하는 곳이라 그게 손에 무리가 갔었나 보더라고요. 미국 오기 전 정형외과 병동에서 간호사로 일을 했기에 저한테 찾아온 증상이 손목굴 증후군이라는 걸 금방 알아차렸는데 예상밖에 악화되는 속도가 너무 급작스레 안 좋아져서 결국 손을 쓰지 못할 정도로 되었어요.
