So confusing to find, no phone number to call, no directions, no where to park, had no idea it was a mobile thing, even the woman who scheduled my appointment was very hard to understand and when she said Franklin street- I heard Tampa street and I asked her to repeat a few times but even when I went to check on maps there is no physical location to verify. Planning for my 3:15 appointment yesterday, I received numerous requests from OnSpot to ask if I could come in earlier. I informed them that I did not have transportation to make an earlier appointment. Two hours before my scheduled appointment I received a call that my appointment was cancelled because they only wanted to work a half day. Considering they were going to charge me $50 for a missed appointment I asked where my reimbursement was-ha. Basically wasted my day with this group. Rude and unprofessional. Patient (Patty). Staff and Doctor were Very professional! Very knowledgeable that I was impressed and answered all my questions. I highly recommend plus so convenient that they were at our community Del Webb Southshore in Apollo Beach Florida. Thank You

Staff was friendly. Environment was okay. I went in for a full skin check. Doctor wasn’t willing to check my scalp unless I had a concern. Now, unless you can see on top of your head… no one else will be able to. That part was frustrating due to the fact, you can’t diagnose something you physically cannot see. Doctor mentioned some things she noticed during the exam, but never brought to my attention. Anyhow, the visit felt underwhelming and didn’t feel like much was achieved.
