On-Spot was a no-show for an appointment today to remove stitches from their MOHS treatment. I received a text only AFTER I was already at the appointment location, saying they would not be there today. When I tried to call for advice on how to get the stitches removed, there was zero response or return call from On-Spot. I will need to go to another provider, to finish their job, as the length of time the stitches remaining in becomes a real problem. Do not use these people.
They cancelled my appointment the morning of and said their next availability was in only a month.
I had a great experience at OnSpot Dermatology! The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and everything was quick and efficient. Alfredo was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well taken care of and saw great results. Highly recommend!
