I had an 845am appointment and wasn’t seen until an hour later. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait any longer due to another appointment and just left. A call to let me know they were running behind would have been appreciated instead of wasting my time. Doubt I’ll be back.

I recently had a very disappointing experience during my visit with P.A. Julie Wiedman. Throughout the appointment, most of my questions were met with “I don’t know,” which left me feeling unheard and without clear guidance. I attempted to offer possible ideas or directions so we could work toward a solution together, but my input was dismissed. Went today for a full skin check. I had Brandon. He was fantastic. They were a little behind, but the service I got was excellent. Would recommend this service to anyone!!

My experience here was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes, yet the doctor was only in the room for about five minutes. There was no meaningful discussion, no background questions, and I didn’t even have a chance to ask anything before she quickly left. I asked if my prescription would be ready right away and was told “of course,” but when I arrived at the pharmacy there was nothing. I waited for an hour, still nothing.
