Don't go to Med First here at 325 Western Blvd. They don't have enough sense to help anyone and will tell you one thing then do something completely different. The office manager Allison Williams is a two face person who plays games with people. Went there had all my paperwork for a D.O.T physical, showed her all the paperwork, she told me no! I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. If you really need care go to your doc or a hospital because this place is a joke. I had to sit and wait over 2 hours while other people had been there longer with CHILDREN! They say no wait, but you always wait. Also they ignored me when I first walked up to the counter and I had to get their attention. I will not be going here again, I think I would rather suffer through whatever I have and wait till the next weekday or to go to a hospital then go here!

I took my daughter to OUC tonight. We got there at 445pm. Another lady told me she had been there since 2pm and she got in around 420. I went up and signed my daughter in. They asked if I had been there before. I said that we did when it was Onlsow Dr Care. They said we are not with them. So we sat. Other people came in. The receptionist asked them to fill out paperwork. They were getting in before us. I went up and asked if we needed to fill out the paperwork.
