Everyone was so kind and patient , Victoria was very sweet when checking in , and the nurses and anesthesiologist answered all questions and explained everything , Dr Farrow addressed all my concerns with my daughter's dental issues and he checked everything I mentioned was worrying me , definitely recommend , you're in good hands
Our grown special needs daughter was treated with the most amazing care from each & every staff person on her surgery day. They were kind, caring & patient with her. They are an amazing team!! We thank you for you special care!!
On 12-23-2025, I had surgery on my right arm to repair both my carpal tunnel and cubital nerve. This was my 4th experience with Onslow SurgiCare of Jacksonville and once again, it is by far, the best, most efficient, and compassionate surgical clinic I’ve known. I had a procedure there yesterday and the office and all of the staff there were wonderful. From the women at the front desk whe were very friendly and informative to the preop and surgical team. Every person I encountered greeted me with a smile and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions I may have had about the procedure. They truly make every effort to be sure you recieve exceptional care.
My son had his first surgery here, getting tubes in his ears. Pretty sure I was more nervous than my child, but I cannot say enough how amazing everyone was. The entire staff was truly awesome. Didn’t just come down to one person but literally everyone from the front desk, to the intake nurse, to the anesthesiologist, to the doctor who performed the surgery, to the recovery nurses.
