My son had his first surgery here, getting tubes in his ears. Pretty sure I was more nervous than my child, but I cannot say enough how amazing everyone was. The entire staff was truly awesome. Didn’t just come down to one person but literally everyone from the front desk, to the intake nurse, to the anesthesiologist, to the doctor who performed the surgery, to the recovery nurses. My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids out today and let me say I was incredibly impressed. They made my daughter feel comfortable from the very beginning all the way to the post op care. Her surgery was no longer than an hour and we got multiple updates throughout from the staff telling us she was doing well. I work in healthcare myself, and I was incredibly nervous about my daughter's surgery, but once we got to surgicare and I saw how excellent the staff was I was relieved. Good morning. On November 26, 2024, my daughter Alexandra had her nose done. For approximately 2 hours we received excellent care from the doctor and his team, very professional in what they did. Thank you all very much for your time and attention. The place is highly recommended, top rating.
EDIT AFTER AUGUST SURGERY: On Tuesday, 08-20-2024, I had Bilateral Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) with the amazing Dr. Carol Johnston of Office Park Eye Center in Jacksonville, NC at the Onslow Surgicare Facility.
