Both me & my brother tried to come to this place to get a vehicle. I was denied IMMEDIATELY. I first applied by myself & knew it was possible to get denied. They never called me to update me I showed up on the lot & the gentlemen was VERY dismissive. I told him I had a co-signer & he said I would still probably be denied & refused to help me. SAME exact situation with my brother. Safe to say - I went to Hai Gallo at Kia & walked off the lot with a car the SAME day. This place must not want to sell cars.
They didnt call me when the plates came in like they said they would so a month after purchase I had to stop by in person to find out they were in. They did happily replace the temp tags with the plate tho. Got my vehicle here in January However, it had an active recall on the engine! Which I didnt find out until my engine seized on me I dont recommend getting a car from here if they are willing to sell a vehicle with a recall on it AT ALL 05/31/2026 UPDATE: 06/02/2026 I did speak with management and they did clear the air! ... read more
