They didnt call me when the plates came in like they said they would so a month after purchase I had to stop by in person to find out they were in. They did happily replace the temp tags with the plate tho. Got my vehicle here in January However, it had an active recall on the engine! I bought my vehicle from this place about a year ago. Not even 4 months in had to spend $2700 to fix. Now I'm experiencing more issues with it. Major issues at that. I wouldn't trust them at all. Definitely check the vehicle out underneath and have someone with you who knows about vehicles. That was my biggest mistake. It was a hassle trying to get them to fix what they said was wrong. Got a car from this place. Didn’t even make first car payment yet and engine went out on it! Told me there was nothing they could do. Not even a trade. Smh. Thankful for the actual Hyundai dealership that changed my engine FOR FREE! Continuous issues since day one. Im up to $4,000 in repairs! Thoroughly look for anything wrong with these cars and test them! Quality isn’t guaranteed!!!! I know its a used lot but don’t sale a lemon. Yall knew this car had issues!!!!
Went back and fourth on price. They were asking 5k over retail. He was only willing to take 700 off. Showed me his carfax trying to say it was worth 10k more than what he was asking. Then I point out he put the wrong miles in my 45,000 miles. Very disappointed in this buisness encounter. Do not recommend!!
