This is specifically for facility health inspections. I am not sure who is in charge of inspecting restaurants, nursing facilities and other living facilities. I have personally worked in two places that I have found to be completely disgusting during inspection but managed to pass with on my minor citations. I have seen black mold in kitchens be ignored. Staff very rude and unprofessional. Especially Joanne downstairs,so rude I had to request someone else to help me. Also Josephine in appointments, I've had multiple occasions where she'd given me wrong information over the phone that had to be fixed/explained once I physically got to the building. Today was the final straw. I called to reschedule my appointment just for her to rudely dry transfer me to Records. Called back after Records clearly couldn't help me got her again. Until I was referred out to WHA I had to visit OCHD a lot. Everyone I encountered seems to be just as kind as you are to them. Most of the women are very kind, and helpful. They just seem a little overwhelmed between so many patience and outdated technology.
