I dealt with most of the guys at NW, even with the owner Dave (and his wife)... I thought all were very friendly and helpful. The guys in the bay went above and beyond getting me in quickly and taken care of even though I showed up right before closing time! They were patience, fair and friendly even when I had forgot to bring in the lug nuts for my tires getting done. My tires look amazing and I am pleased how they brought the old ford rims back to life! I'll be back to buy tires, thanks Dave and NW Wheel repair!
