Had my home inspection on July 10, 2020 with Jim M. He was able to give me a detailed description of the home and issues I would be facing upon purchasing the home. Jim was professional and courteous throughout. The full inspection report made it easy for us to make our decision. I would highly recommend Jim on any future home inspections for those of you uncertain about buying an older home. Jim D

I was referred to OnSite Property Inspections by another home inspector. I gave him information on my house, and he believed that Jim with OnSite Property inspections would be the man for the job. I needed a radon and termite inspections in addition to the home inspection. Jim was very thorough when he went through the house. Jim with On Site Property Inspections is AWESOME! While buying my first home, under a time crunch in *******County, many other inspectors were scheduling weeks out! OnSite Property Inspections was great to work with the inspector that came out was great. He was very informative and knowledgeable about everything. He gave a lot of information while we were there. The report he prepared was full of information to help us in the process in which we are in. They are very easy to get a hold of and we timely as well.

Jim with Onsite Property Inspections was very professional through the entire inspection process. Not only was he able to work with my difficult schedule but he also made me feel at ease when going over the detailed inspection list.
