Everyone was very polite, and the eye exam was extensive which is what I needed.
I would like to start by saying that the front desk and registration staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made the check-in process smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciated their professionalism. However, I was disappointed with my experience during the eye exam itself.
