I visited Onsite Diagnostic Imaging on Friday, which was actually my second visit to the facility. I had been here last year when they were operating under the name York Ultrasound. The difference between then and now is remarkable. They have improved significantly in every way. The reception staff is very friendly, the environment is pleasant and welcoming, and the ultrasound technologist was extremely professional and approachable. I would highly recommend this facility — 10 out of 10. Please keep up the excellent work!
They argue to each-other and bad attitude! Not good environment! Not happy at all!
Got an ultrasound done, the technician was nice and very helpful. The appointment was booked efficiently, one of the rare clinics which are flexible and transparent. Don't go by negative reviews, I would recommend this clinic for people who prefer substance over form.
Absolute garbage - the technologist has zero respect for patients. This man should not be allowed to have a licence/permit to perform ultrasounds. He is also very rude to his female staff. I waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes while he loudly berated a female employee.
